anyone else remember the prisoner? really amazing series for its time, in my personal opinion. but guess what? they remade it! its apparently on tonight at 8:00 on AMC.

instead of going into a rant and ruining everything for anyone who never heard of it, reads this and decides to watch it, i'll just speculate on how good it might be. the trailer/ commercial thingies i've seen thus far look really cool, but i'm a bit worried by the fact that i only see one character that could be a number 2... though the actor looks like he could play the part rather well. one more thing that seems a little ominous to me is the fact that the british company involved in this actually pulled out, claiming that the americans where changing too much of it... that doesn't sound all that good to me.

despite any doubts or fears of an eragon-sque failure, i'm still watching it. the prisoner was amazing before, and i imagine it could be even better now.



ok... now for the non-ranty part. all is well, and i know i haven't uploaded anything in a while, but trust me, ive been working on stuff. i hadnt written any new journals either (up till now), but to be honest, i was kinda reluctant to remove the whole one year anniversery thing from my page. ah well.

also, we (the exceedingly beautiful and i) went to check out the nh institute of art over the weekend... all in all, i found the place quite interesting. i personally went in feeling a little biased against it (and the rain and all didnt help) but when i was pretty surprised when we actually started looking around. i think i'd be pretty happy going there.
